I have not been able to reproduce this.  What operating system and
version are you running?  What version of OpenShot?  My guess is some
issue with the version of libavformat (i.e. FFmpeg) and the version of
libmlt.  For example, on a stock install of Ubuntu 10.04, 10.10, or
11.04, the export to Ogg(Vorbis/Theora) works fine.

  I had make a short movie - in this movie you can see my steps to reproduce a 
bug. 
  I have added five photos and four transitions. Then I have selected a 
„Export“ Option ---> Profile (All formats) --> OGG. All others parameters was 
default.
