Python 2.5 breaks OpenShot 1.3.0

Bug description:
The new Vimeo upload code only works with Python 2.6, and thus breaks
the Python 2.5 interpreter. The vimeo code needs to be wrapped in
some try / except code to protect this from happening... until the
Vimeo library is more compatible.
