Title: Interlacing artifacts when downconverting HD to DV PAL Widescreen Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Fix Released Bug description: When downconverting HD videos (whether interlaced or progressive) using the profile DV PAL Widescreen you get nasty interlacing artifacts on the resulting videos.
