Add more Advanced FFmpeg options for encoding

Bug description:
OpenShot needs to ability to set some additional FFmpeg parameters:
- vtag: I have to change FOURCC in order to let my PS3 to play AVI/xvid
- pass: it could be very usefull to have 2 pass encodes!
- qscale (??? don't know if can works with all vcodecs): allow a constant
quality xvid/x264 encode
- may be others...
Why don you let a text box in which the user could add a customization
string? Or perhaps just add the additional parameter as dropdowns.
