I checked and I don't think that is the case, but I could be wrong. I opened a new instance of OpenShot from the command line with "openshot" and switched to the GNOME System Monitor. OpenShot appeared as the process "openshot". After this, I switched to and closed the instance of OpenShot with Alt+F4. After closing, the process disappeared in GNOME System Monitor. After these steps, I tried to run OpenShot with "openshot &" and the same behavior described in the bug report persisted - the incorrect text being displayed.
