We'll have to defer this one for a while, as the defish0r effect is not
in the Ubuntu package of feri0r-plugins (the Ubuntu package is old, from
2009). Either wait until they have a newer package version or we come up
with a more intelligent way to populate the effects list based on what
version of frei0r is installed.

A user of the French Ubuntu-fr have asked if we could implement the effect
Fisheye for having this beautfiful effect (i must said tht yes) in a future
version of Openshot.
