I suspect this is due to incomplete ogg support in ffmpeg. You could try converting the file to another format. Also, please see this FAQ here:

When it gets towards the end of the preview it does pretty much the same thing it gets stuck on a frame that shouldn't have even showed yet and displays that for the remainder of the duration. Manually advancing or choosing the spot on the timeline seems to have no effect as it will just show the stuck frames.
