Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: This is the newest version of OpenShot Video Editor, released on October 1st, 2012. It contains tons of bug fixes, improved translations, new artwork, and many usability enhancements. It would benefit many, many Ubuntu users to sync this package before Ubuntu 12.10 is released.
