I wonder fi we could make OpenSim create user"safe" by pre allocating
the minimum avatar setup default items (Ruth back I guess) to allow
any viewer to operate okay? Wifi dopes address this issue with its
selection of one of 3 default avatar setups, but not everyone will be
using that.
