I wonder if there is a simple description of which Visual Studio 2019 
Community Edition components should be selected to support the .NET 
4.8 runprebuild19 and compile requirements?  There is a LOT of stuff 
there and selecting all the .NET and desktop development development 
things makes the install over 10GB!
