I also have this issue it has been apparent to me since way back around
r9292 i have equally tried to resolve the issue by deleting the entry from
the MySQL database clearing the asset cache and any other way imaginable but
it still remains with me having limited Hard Drive space i find my self
doing a monthly deletion of the opensim.log file on all of my servers but
keep in mind i am searching for a solution still but find myself at a
disadvantage as i am a self taught programmer and still learning. ( many
laugh at me for that but hey i saved alot of money, so i laugh back ) the
real bad thing is my prim uuids are exactly the same as yours
