Indeed it looks like mysql updated to 5.5, it apparently updated on my fedora box.
I did thought the phpmyadmin look a bit different. There appear to be no issues though, i did not notice any probs. It is a good practice to backup your data once in a while, my opensim box makes oar backups automatic everytime my opensim shutdown.
