Is it normal? I'd think not. Is this linux/mono? what version of mono and which kernel?
Could it be possible that something is DDOSing you?

$ cat /proc/version
Linux version 3.10.23-xxxx-std-ipv6-64 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.7.2 (Debian 4.7.2-5) ) #1 SMP Tue Mar 18 14:48:24 CET 2014

$ mono -V
Mono JIT compiler version 3.2.8 (Debian 3.2.8+dfsg-4ubuntu1)
Copyright (C) 2002-2014 Novell, Inc, Xamarin Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com

$ netstat --inet | grep my.own.ip | wc -l
131

$ netstat --inet | grep 90 | wc -l
230

90xx = regions. Nobody on grid a.t.m.

Also this grid :

$ cat /proc/version
Linux version 2.6.32-431.1.2.0.1.el6.x86_64 ([email protected]) (gcc version 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-4) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Fri Dec 13 13:06:13 UTC 2013

$ mono -V
Mono JIT compiler version 3.2.5 (tarball Mon Dec 30 17:21:05 CET 2013)
Copyright (C) 2002-2012 Novell, Inc, Xamarin Inc and Contributors. www.mono-project.com

It can't be DDOS since remote addresses are from friends now sleeping, and myself having left the grid 2 hours ago.
