I have a issue with the the OpenSLP v2, can someone give a help about it?

My service installed  the OpenSLP v2 :
 # rpm -qa |grep slp
openslp-server-2.1.beta5-183
openslp-2.1.beta5-183


It seems that when the slpd is running well it doesn't give any response
for the SrvRqst whatever the message is multicast or broadcast.
When it does respond in any way to unicast, it returns that it doesn't
support any service types at all...
# slpd -v
slpd version: 2.0.beta1
compile options:
   debugging:            disabled
   predicates:           enabled
   slpv1 compatability:  enabled
   slpv2 security:       enabled


The SrvRqst is sent from a UA with OpenSLP v1.
Attached is the SrvRqst package captured by tcpdump that UA sent to it.

And here is the log I got about the slpd when sending SrvRqst to it:
