isFriendOf(unique Id) Server-Side
If I simply want a boolean value for isFriendOf, it would be nice
to be able to get that without having to dl and iterate the friends.
newRenameInstanceAppDataRequest(currentKey,toRenameTo)
Renaming data keys would add a ton of functionality without having
to download and re-up data.
Requests working in IE
Requests are throwing errors in IE as of 10.12.2007 at 12:29pm.
Check out the friend dump app, for instance (in IE).
More ability to gather person data.
It would be great to be able to get simple (public) profile data
about someone by the unique id returned by Person.getId(). Even if it
is just basic data like display name and profile url.
App instance data by unique id returned from Person.getId()
It appears that all that this only works if the person's id is
within: VIEWER, OWNER, VIEWER_FRIENDS, or OWNER_FRIENDS. It would be
nice to be able to access data just by Person.getId().
Sticky User Prefs
User pref settings do not currently stick when viewed by another
user... they are loaded as their default values. In fact, when I make
settings changes as owner, then go to another profile with that app...
my settings are there. Is this the intention?
VIEWER_FRIENDS app data
Per the spec, the only groups allowed for
newFetchPersonAppDataRequest are OWNER, VIEWER, OWNER_FRIENDS or an id
within one of these groups... hopefully they will allow us to access
VIEWER_FRIENDS too.
Person profile image
It would be nice to have access to the full size profile image of
a person.
Person page settings
Would be nice to access Person profile settings such as background-
color or border-color/size.
Styling of container
Would be nice to be able to style the container to match the app.
Descriptions for Module Prefs
Description items would be good for module prefs.
Auto-escaping of Module Title (Orkut related)
Apostraphe in module title breaks app title in applications pane
on Orkut. (I know I should escape... but what if I'm just that lazy :)
