Hi Jacob, Photo album access isn't supported in the 0.8 version of the OpenSocial APIs, although this feature was recently approved for inclusion in 0.9: http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dpbz5zc_5gdbp3dgd
While it is possible for an OpenSocial container to extend the APIs in order to provide access to this kind of data, to my knowledge, orkut hasn't currently done so.
