All of the information required to implement Friend Connect on the iPhone is already available.
Just use the OpenSocial Objective C library (found here: http://code.google.com/p/opensocial-objc-client/) and the Friend Connect Rest API with 2 Legged OAuth (found here: http://code.google.com/apis/friendconnect/opensocial_rest_rpc.html#2-legged).
