So Shindig is around, cool. A container that works finally... But is it just me or do these implementations make you feel like kicking someone close to you in the teeth? I can't get over the fact that none of these samples make any practical sense. There is no documentation anywhere. To make matters worse, everyone and their mom is posting the same exact thing in this group:
"Hi I run social stuff and want to implement Open Social. Can someone do all the work for me so I don't have to contribute anything?" I appreciate the fact that all this is OPEN and I understand that we don't need to follow the trend of poorly managed open source software that plagued the late 90's. Google & Friends is already putting up 90% of the work. We need some documentation folks. So for those who have this thing working, quit bogarding the information and start posting some info so we can get this thing working for real. With that said...Thanks Google. Thanks Hi5. Thanks Baby Jesus. -Tim --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Implementing OpenSocial Containers" group.
