It looks like you only copied the php directory of shindig, however the
features come from ../features (aka <shindig>/features), which are not
copied and thus not found :)

you could copy the features into the php directory and then change the
config:
'features_path' => realpath(dirname(__FILE__) . '/../../features').'/',

and you should be all set
