If your using Firefox, go to Tools>>Javascript Console. You should see the error there. From that you should be able to navigate to the source of the error. In that source you should see the syntax for including the orkuts implementation of the opensocial api. It should be obvious from the syntax what version is being imported. The syntax will also indicate the url of the opensocial.js file. You could check the validity of the url.
