We just posted the gadget submission form (see the post about it here: http://groups.google.com/group/opensocial-orkut/browse_thread/thread/bef37acdb9d2deb8 ) so the Feb 5 deadline is incorrect. We'll be releasing an updated timeline soon to help you get ready for launch.
