Marshall, As far as I've seen, the IE support was working good in OS 0.6. I am now working on migrating to 0.7, so I can not comment for the latest OS API version yet.
If you are facing cross-browser issues, it would be useful to post some details here, along with URL to test gadgets showing the problem. >From my standpoint, I no longer have problem with IE.
