Alright. So here's the deal. I am actively looking at the virtual
server host/port. Even though orkut is hitting resources:10080,
somehow my server thinks they are requesting resources:80. So the sub
urls that I'm generating are totally messed up.. (since the gadget def
I gave orkut doesn't have the port in the urls ).

So.. it looks like the gadget def parser is somehow confusing my
virtual server setup.. and I don't want to hard-code the urls.. sigh..
what should I do now?

Anyone have any experience with this?
