Hi, I believe you question is "How to post to the scrapbook in Orkut?" or may be "How to show posts from Scrapbook?"
OpenSocial address the generic part of Social Networking that is Relationships (friend networks), persistence per user per application and viral spread through send message or request share application methods. The concept like scrapbook is pretty specific to containers like Orkut, remember Linked in is a Social Networking site, but does not have scrap book. Having said that, in future we could may be have ways in which "send messages" of a container could be linked to "send scrapbook message" of a container. But at present you can neither read or write scrap book entries using OpenSocial entries on Orkut.
