Então cara, não tem como você adicioanr uma pagina html no perfil de dados do orkut. O que tem como vc fazer é o seu aplicativo do orkut comunicar com um servidor externo seu e puxar informações dele (seja de um html estático seja de um banco dedados, de arquivos php, etc) para exibir no orkut. Para isso você usa a função gadgets.io.makeRequest que o Rohit Ghatol passou acima.
