welcome! I have this inconsistently since a long a time. I used to wonder
why others dont get it at all. Even a google search would lead to only post!
Anyways, I have no solution. For me, it happens when I update the app xml.
The bigger problem is that it willl disappear if u refresh a few times and
hence Jason finds it hard to react.
I have sent screenshot with firebug for them to understand the issue.
