I read somewhere else on the forum (don't have the link now) that
there was a proposal to change the format of passing appParams from:
Application.aspx?appID=XX&appParams={ "a":"b"}
to something like
Application.aspx?appID=XX&a=b
Is that really true? The reason I am asking this is to make sure we
have a URL of 1st form, it is not broken later due to an API change.
