Hi Prashant. Can you try signing out of all Google services before navigating to http://sandbox.orkut.com/SandboxSignup.aspx? If you are still redirected to www.orkut.com after completing the form, try again in a different browser to determine whether it's a browser-related issue. Let me know if this doesn't work either, and I'll dig deeper.
