Please provide your app's URL when asking a question regarding a particular app. You should also provide the browser and operating system you're running.
Can you explain what you mean by sandbox version and orkut version? http://prod.sandbox.orkut.com and http://www.orkut.com are configured identically so you should be seeing the same result in each. http://sandbox.orkut.com is the real sandbox environment and has new, pre-release features that aren't available in production. It also tends to be more unstable as a result. Please reply with your app's URL and browser version, and I'll look deeper.
