Hi Badaro,
as the command "<os:xNavigateToApp>" is replaced by an <a>, you can do
something like this:

.bt_edit a { color: #000; text-decoration: underline; }
.bt_edit a:hover { text-decoration: none; }
</style>

http://ns.opensocial.org/2008/markup";>
