My application is still listed in the directory, but does not work anymore after I migrated its URL following the procedure outlined here: http://orkutdeveloper.blogspot.com/. It also does not show in profile or canvas. If one tries to add it to a profile which does not have it, an error is shown ("Unable to add this application"). It has been over 48 hours since the migration.
