Hi, I see two apps on orkut called mgoos. http://www.mgoos.com/open_social/xml/mgoos_app.xml and http://www.mgoos.com/open_social/xml/mgoos_app_orkut.xml
The first one has been approved and is a featured app on orkut. The second one (the one which you have mentioned as http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#AppInfo?appId=929161618996) was apparently submitted for the first time on Oct 7. It is under review.
