You must use complete path for your scripts and css, since the container
will rewrite your url's. Example:

<link href="http://www.mywebsite.com/styles/gs.css?v=133.0"; rel="stylesheet"
type="text/css" />
<script src="http://www.mywebsite.com/
scripts/jquery.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
