Four-leaved clovers are used as fortune symbol for as long as I can remember. Since you are not the creator of this concept, I can't see any problem in orkut doing that, as well as your application does. I would refer to this as a problem if they used your artwork, which does not seem to be the case.
But I'll leave that for the orkut crew.
