I'm seeing this same right now. every few times i try to load my app it doesn't load even though the xml loads in my browser just fine. I've also been seeing the below error sporadically:
Unable to retrieve spec for http://fb.peixeurbano.com.br/orkut/_resources/en_ALL.xml.
