[orkut-developer] Is AppReviewer ok?

Today I received the following e-mail from AppReviewer:

"While reviewing your app, we observed:
- There were HTTP problems fetching the following URLs referenced by
your application. Please make sure that all referenced resources are
available and reliably served:

http://s77.flogao.com.br/photos/10/11/25/31/136051954.jpg";

It's very confusing. There is no such url image in the app's code.
What's going on with AppReviewer?
