Are you using the Javascript button or the HTTP GET API? One common cause of problems in the HTTP GET API is that you have escaped the URL parameters incorrectly. Escaping content properly to go in a URL can be a pain. You can use this form to make sure you are generating the URL correctly: http://orkut-share-builder.appspot.com/
