MUCOSUG OpenSolaris 2008.11 Install-Party in Munich, Germany

After having learned about new features in OpenSolaris 2008.11 and having
consumed a few beers it's time now to get wet. Therefore we invite you to an:

   OpenSolaris 2008.11 Install-Party
   Thursday, February 26th, 2009
   6:00PM-9:00PM (alternatively until 11:00 PM) at the
   Munich Technical U, Garching Campus, Mathematics/Computer Science Bldg.
   Room 00.13.009A

After a short talk on "OpenSolaris as a Home Server", we will offer the
opportunity to try out OpenSolaris on your own laptop or other computer,
be it as a live CD, an installation on harddisk or inside a virtual machine
(such as VirtualBox).

Please remember to prepare a primary partition (11GB or more) on your disk if
you want to install OpenSolaris directly on your harddisk.

After installation, we can start playing with the new package manager and
install OpenOffice, NetBeans or other popular software on top.

If you want, you can also join us afterwards for food&drinks at the nearby (1
train station) Greek restaurant.
