"Coreutil"? As in GNU coreutils? If there's a problem here, and it's not just broken code in the application, then filing bugs would help. I searched for, but did not find, any references to this problem either at any external site or in the bug databases. In any event, I don't think whether or not the GNU coreutils work right is itself architectural. -- James Carlson, Solaris Networking <james.d.carlson at sun.com> Sun Microsystems / 35 Network Drive 71.232W Vox +1 781 442 2084 MS UBUR02-212 / Burlington MA 01803-2757 42.496N Fax +1 781 442 1677
