The November 2008 meeting will feature a tutorial and a talk:
* The main presentation is a talk by Alex Sims on Open Solaris ? the road
ahead. This will look at the roadmap for future OpenSolaris releases. As well
as this the road behind, as in Solaris 10/08 will be looked at.
* Preceding this is a tutorial led by Alex Sims on VirtualBox (memory
permitting), pfexec and managing users under OpenSolaris.
During the break is your opportunity to bring your OpenSolaris issues and
questions to the assembled group, particularly installation issues.
Installation disks will be available prior to the meeting (including
OpenSolaris 200805, Solaris 10/08 & OpenSolaris 2008.11 Release Candidate 1b)
so you might want to bring your laptop and install, eat pizza and learn about
Solaris.
