4.1. Details:
Libxml++ is a C++ wrapper for the libxml2 XML parser library (otherwise
known as the GNOME2 XML library).
It is needed by the upcoming proposal for gobby, since gobby depends on
libxml++.
Libxml++ is an open source software and this proposal integrates
version 2.6, the latest stable version.
This software is going to be built with SunStudio.
