All, Just in case someone goes through the check list I have already commented on section 3.4.3 which is the Auditing section. The answer to the first question in the section should cause the document creator to skip to the next section. However, Jim answered the following question which makes the check list indicate that he needs further committee review. Jim will be updating the document shortly.
