Wow, that's a surprise.  How about the recent package manager software?  
Is that in Nevada?  (I don't *think* I noticed any IPS supporting 
software...)

I think there's a piece missing somewhere, but I don't really know where 
that is.

Anyway, if the only way to get into IPS is through a Nevada 
consolidation, then one has to ask, what is the benefit that IPS brings 
to the party?  Or Indiana itself for that matter?  I definitely feel 
like I'm not understanding the fit here.

If your assertion is true -- perhaps its time to "re-swizzle this path" 
now.  I have to believe that doing so would be less effort than the 
continued pain suffered by bringing every single FOSS software package 
on the planet into Nevada (and hence thru ARC, C-Team, etc.)
