questions about pconsole - parallel console [PSARC/2008/606]

Hi all,

    I am working on CR 6815087(some problems in pconsole).

    Seems like the original 20 questions of the case didn't state
    pconsole requires root privilege to run. The submitter
    of the CR suggest to define role for pconsole, and/or it
    should be moved to /usr/sbin instead of /usr/bin.

    I guess role for the pconsole is optional(there are CLIs
    require root account to run without roles). It seems to
    make sense to move pconsole to /usr/sbin. Then, my
    next question is what is the process to change this.
