I am sponsoring the following case for Rob Johnston to add a -m
option to fmdump to permit administrators to retrieve the human-readable
message for a fault entry from an FMA log.

This interface extension should be considered Stable and have binding
for a Micro release, should we ever wish to put it into an update.

As this is a straightforward, consistent, and trivial extension to an
existing utility, and has the full concensus of the FMA team,
I am filing this fasttrack as closed-approved-automatic.

If anyone has any questions, please use the alias.

-Mike

This project enhances the usability of fmdump by providing an
additional, more intuitive view of the data in the fault log.
The localized message emitted by fmdump will be identical in
format and content to the original message that appeared on
the console and in syslog when the event occurred.
