True.  But allowing a sys admin to set LLAs in more
than one interface by choice does not really cause
much harm.  If a sys admin wants to do some experiments,
why should it be prohibited?  Granted, we can always
say that the source is there, recompile it to get rid
of the restriction.  But does this really help us?
