Thanks for taking a look at this, again.

Add the additional download times for all that newly generated HTML 
containing all those case materials, and the site's usability has taken 
a severe hit as well.  That problem can only get worse over time with 
the current layout (all that generated DHTML on the left pane).

I have suspected for some time that the only real benefit I can 
personally bring to either ARC, aside from my casual foray into 
internship duties is to act as a resource for rewriting tools.  At the 
moment, I'm personally constrained for time, or I'd try to lead a 
requirements gathering effort.  I know John Plocher's prior work in the 
area would be a great starting point.  Until my local spacetime expands, 
I guess you're probably stuck with the babysitting chores and the 
robustness of the site will still be variable.

Is anyone else interested in at least getting a requirements gathering 
exercise started?
