This case was approved during ARC business today.
Garrett's suggestion of leaving stub man pages for these commands
after their removal pointing to the remaining configuration methods
seems reasonable, so will be handled as an implementation detail.
(If there's any other documentation that should be updated, let me
know, and we'll do that too. I've already gone through all the
Xorg driver man pages upstream to remove xorgcfg & xorgconfig
from their See Also lists, so those updates will be coming with
the driver updates with Xorg 1.6.)
