This case seems to be somewhat related to "2008/151 Pluggable fwflash(1M). The relation I'm seeing is that they are both related to firmware updates. Are they related or are two different solutions being created to solve firmware updates ? If so why do we need two different things ? Now that aside I can see other (very hacky) uses for this and I "love" the example of wrapping /etc/passwd - that is pretty cute. -- Darren J Moffat
