Yeah, the ancient 1980 stuff I don't care about. But dpost is too widely useful -- I use it from time to time actually -- I don't think it can be removed. That said, someone needs to seriously think about the -Ttroff option to lp, the -n option to lpr, and the man -t option. I think its likely that these things probably need to go away to facilitate the CUPS transition, but leave dpost in place so folks can still manually use it when they need to.
